Regulations for joining, representing and working with the agency

Welcome to Eytan Sharon Model Agency.
 

These regulations are intended to regulate the process of submitting applications to the agency, reviewing applications, starting representation, receiving job offers, closing photo shoots and professional conduct with the agency and its clients.
 

Sending an application form or details to the agency constitutes confirmation that the candidate has read and understood the terms detailed below.

Applying to the Agency

Any person interested in joining the Agency may apply using the form on the website or in another manner approved by the Agency.

When submitting an application, correct and up-to-date details must be provided, including as required :

Full name

Phone number

Email address

Previous experience.

A link to Instagram or social networks

Additional details that the Agency may request for the purpose of assessing suitability.

Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in the termination of the application process or representation.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance

Submitting a form on the website does not constitute an obligation on the part of the agency to accept the candidate for representation.

The agency may select the candidates that are suitable for it according to its professional considerations, the needs of the agency, its clients and its areas of activity.

The agency does not undertake to return to each candidate and does not undertake to provide the reason for not accepting a candidacy, subject to law.

Interview and Orientation

A candidate who is found suitable may be invited for a meeting, interview, casting, test shoot or orientation.

An invitation to a meeting or test shoot does not constitute final approval for representation.

Beginning of Representation

Official representation by Eytan Sharon Model Agency will only begin after the agency and the candidate have completed the required procedure and approved the terms of engagement.

In the event that a personal representation agreement is signed, the provisions of the representation agreement will apply in addition to these regulations.

Portfolio

The agency may recommend creating a professional portfolio according to the model's needs and professional stage.

Portfolio photography can include, among other things :

Interior photography

Body photography

Beauty.Fashion

Lifestyle

Commercial

Studio photography

Outdoor photography

Portfolio photography terms, costs, and usage rights will be provided in advance as long as the photography is done through the agency.

No commitment to the amount of work

Acceptance to the agency does not guarantee a minimum number of works, photoshoots, campaigns, auditions, income or exposure.

The selection of the model for the job depends, among other things, on the client's requirements, the concept, availability, professional suitability and other considerations of the production.

Receiving job offers

The agency may contact the model with various job offers.

A job offer may include :

Client or brand name

Type of production

Date.Hours

Location

Type of photoshoot

Required attire

Compensation

Usage rights

Advertising period

Exclusivity, if any

Special requirements

The model is asked to review the job details before approving it.

Availability Confirmation

A request for availability does not necessarily constitute final closure of the job.

A job will only be considered closed after the agency has explicitly announced that the booking has been confirmed.

The agency may hold a date on Option / Hold until final confirmation is received from the client.

Commitment after closing a photo shoot

After the model has approved the work and the agency has announced that the photo shoot has closed, the model must keep the agreed date and times.

Do not accept other work that conflicts with the approved work without coordination with the agency.

Cancellation by the Model

After a job is closed, cancellation will only be made in a justified case and with as much advance notice as possible.

In the event of illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the agency must be notified immediately.

Repeated cancellations, failure to show up for work or cancellation without a valid reason may result in termination of representation.

Failure to arrive for a photo shoot

Failure to arrive for a photo shoot without prior notice is considered a serious violation of the agency's professional work rules.

The agency may subsequently terminate the representation and handle any damages incurred in accordance with the agreement between the parties, and even charge a fee for failure to arrive for a photo shoot.

Lateness

The model must arrive at the time provided by the agency.

It is recommended to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled call time.

In any case of delay, the agency must be notified as early as possible.

Repeated lateness may affect the continuation of the representation, and even result in fines.

Change in Appearance

A model represented by the Agency is asked to notify the Agency before making a significant change in appearance that may affect previously booked work or representation materials.

A significant change can include :

A significant change in hair color

A significant haircut

A significant shave

A new, prominent tattoo

A prominent piercing

Any other significant change in appearance

This is because clients may choose a model based on the photos and information presented to them.

Updating Measurements and Details

It is the responsibility of the model to update the agency when there is a material change in the details relevant to the representation.

Measurements, height, photos and contact information should be as up-to-date as possible.

Conduct with Clients

A model who comes to work on behalf of the agency represents both himself/herself and the agency.

Conduct is required :

Professional

Respectful

Patient.Kind

Responsible

Do not behave in a violent, abusive, threatening or unprofessional manner towards clients, film crews, production personnel or other models.

Safe Work Environment

The agency places great importance on a respectful and safe work environment.

A model is not obligated to perform any dangerous, humiliating, or unapproved action.

In the event of an unusual incident during a photo shoot, the agency must be contacted as soon as possible.

Swimwear, Lingerie and Sensitive Content

Works that include swimwear, lingerie, partial nudity, nudity, intimate content or other sensitive content will be coordinated in advance.

Consent to a regular photo shoot does not automatically constitute consent to another type of photo shoot.

No substantial change to the photo shoot concept may be made without the consent of the model and the agency.

Physical contact during a photo shoot

Physical contact during makeup, hair, styling, photography or teaching should be done in a professional, respectful manner and in accordance with the nature of the work.

A model may object to contact or action that goes beyond the agreed upon work.

If physical/verbal harm occurs during the work, the agency must be informed.

Measurements and Fitting

Some jobs require arriving for measurements before the day of the shoot.

When a fitting is scheduled, the model must arrive on the date given to him/her.

The agency will inform you in advance as much as possible whether the measurement is paid or included in the terms of the job.

Castings and Auditions

Participation in a Casting or Audition does not guarantee employment.

The final selection is made by the client or production according to their needs.

Material filmed during a Casting may not be used for commercial purposes except in accordance with the relevant permissions.

Salary and Payment

The payment for each job will be provided to the model as part of the booking details or in accordance with the representation agreement.

Payment may vary depending on :

Type of job

Duration of the photoshoot day

Type of client

Usage rights

Advertising period

Advertising territory

Exclusivity

Sponsored advertising

Special requirements

Payment dates and agency commission will be in accordance with the representation agreement and the specific terms of the job.

Agency Fee

The agency fee for work, representation, management or other services will be determined in an agreement concluded with the model, or alternatively, concluded according to the type of work.

These regulations do not establish a uniform commission rate for all represented.

Direct Orders from Clients

A model who has received a job offer from a client who knew him/her through the agency is asked to forward the request to the agency and not close the job directly.

Any job offer related to the representation activity will be handled in accordance with the representation agreement between the parties.

Private Contact on Social Media

Clients, photographers or productions may contact the model directly on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or other social media.

When it comes to a commercial job offer related to representation, the agency must be informed before the work is approved, in accordance with the representation agreement.

Image Use

Before any commercial work, the manner in which images or videos will be used will be defined as much as possible.

This may include :

Instagram

TikTok

Facebook

Sponsored advertising

Signage

Catalog

Television

Packaging

 

Point of sale

Digital campaigns

Expanding use beyond what has been agreed may require approval and additional payment.

Usage rights are not unlimited

The mere participation of the model on a photo shoot day does not automatically grant the client an unlimited right to use his/her image for any purpose and without time limit.

Usage rights will be in accordance with the employment agreement established with the client.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Consent to a regular photoshoot should not be considered consent to the creation of a digital likeness of the model.

Use of images, face, body or voice for the purpose of :

Digital Twin

Avatar

Face Swap

Voice Clone

Deepfake

Synthetic content creation

Model training

Will be subject to appropriate approval in accordance with the agreements between the parties.

Social Media and On-Set Advertising

Do not independently publish images, videos, products, or information from an unreleased production without permission when it involves confidential material or a campaign that has not yet been launched.

Embargo and NDA requests from clients must be respected.

Confidentiality

The model undertakes to keep confidential any business, commercial or production information provided to him/her that is disclosed as confidential.

No campaign, new product, location, contract, salary or other information that has been defined as confidential may be published without permission.

Travel and Out-of-Town Work

Work may take place in various locations throughout the country.

Arrival details, transportation or independent arrival, and travel reimbursements, if any, will be provided according to the specific job.

Work Abroad

Work abroad will be coordinated separately with the agency.

Before the trip, the following will be defined as much as possible :

Flights

Hotel

Transportation

Working days

Travel days

Salary

Usage rights

Insurance

Travel documents

Visas or permits as required

Models under the age of 18

The admission and representation process for minors will be subject to the provisions of the law.

When the consent of a parent or guardian is required, it will not be possible to complete the representation process without appropriate consent.

Jobs for minors will be closed accordingly with a parent or guardian.

The agency may require the presence of a parent, guardian or companion depending on the age and nature of the work.

Documents and Approvals

The model undertakes to bring to the agency documents and approvals required for the performance of a particular job, to the extent they are required.

Medical documents or sensitive information that have not been explicitly requested for a legal and defined purpose should not be sent to the agency.

Privacy

The details, photos and information sent as part of the application form will be used for the purpose of examining the candidacy, establishing contact, managing the representation and offering work, in accordance with the Agency's privacy policy.

The Agency may provide potential clients with professional information required to examine the model's suitability for the job, in accordance with the terms of representation.

Advertising on the Agency Profile

A model accepted for representation may appear on the agency website, in the agency's portfolio and in professional materials used to pitch him/her to clients, in accordance with the agreement and terms of representation.

Professional Material

The agency may choose which images and materials will be displayed in the model's professional profile.

The purpose of the selection is to present a professional portfolio that is appropriate for the agency's clients and areas of activity.

Exclusivity

Exclusive representation, if any, will only apply in accordance with an express agreement between the model and the agency.

The terms of exclusivity, its duration and scope will be specified in the relevant agreement.

Working with other agencies

The possibility of being represented concurrently by other agencies or managers will be in accordance with the terms of the personal representation agreement.

Professional and Continuous Work

The agency expects those represented to maintain reasonable communication, respond to job offers in a reasonable time, and update on availability.

A prolonged lack of response or inactivity may lead to a reconsideration of the continuation of the representation.

Vacations and Unavailability

A model planning a vacation, a trip abroad, or a period during which they are unavailable for work is asked to notify the agency as far in advance as possible.

Alcohol and Drugs

Do not come to a photo shoot or work under the influence in a way that impairs the ability to perform the work safely and professionally.

Use of prohibited substances during work is prohibited.

Equipment and Clothing Safeguarding

Clothing, jewelry, accessories, and equipment provided by the production must be safeguarded.

In the event of damage, the responsible party and the agency must be notified immediately.

Termination of representation

The continuation of representation will be in accordance with the agreement between the parties.

The agency may terminate representation in accordance with the terms of the agreement, including in cases of material unprofessional conduct, repeated violations, or significant harm to the employment relationship.

Decisions about jobs

The agency does not obligate a model to accept every job offer, unless there is an express commitment to the contrary in a valid agreement.

However, once a job has been approved and closed, the model is expected to honor his/her commitment.

Changes to Job Details

Sometimes a client may request a change in time, location, clothing, or concept.

A substantial change will be communicated to the model through the agency and will be subject to approval depending on the circumstances.

Complaints and Incidents

In the event of a problem with a client, photographer, production person or other person during work, it is recommended not to enter into a confrontation.

The agency should be contacted as soon as possible so that the case can be handled professionally.

Updating the Regulations

The agency may update these regulations from time to time in accordance with changes in its activities and legal provisions.

An existing contract will also be subject to the personal agreement signed with the model, if any.

Approval and Consent

Submitting the JOIN OUR AGENCY / BECOME A MODEL form constitutes confirmation that the candidate has voluntarily provided his/her details and has read the relevant terms and conditions for submitting the application.

Acceptance for representation and closing of actual work will be subject to the approval of the agency and the relevant agreements.
